CCM – Compressor Cutting Maschine

The CCM unit separates refrigerant compressors safely and precisely. Thanks to automated cutting technology, the emptied refrigeration compressor is opened, the remaining oil is collected in oil separators and the material fractions are efficiently separated for further recycling – ideal as an addition to your refrigeration recycling lines.

The CCM is our automatic cutting machine for refrigeration compressors. Whereas refrigeration compressors were exported abroad for disposal, new legislation is now restricting this, making the CCM an efficient and economical profit generator in the recycling process.

High productivity with safe handling

The CCM cuts up to 70 compressors per hour, regardless of their geometry – cylindrical, oval, irregular.

Intelligent control & precise cutting

The machine automatically recognizes shape and size using a scanner – the cut is then made using a laser-assisted positioning system and servo-controlled cut-off cutter with efficient cooling.

Environmental and occupational safety as standard

The CCM has exhaust air extraction (99.9% at 0.3 µm), oil/water separator, soundproof cabin and a modern touchscreen control system with remote access.
